About Us

Hello, my name is Terry A. Johnson. I am the principal and founder of TAJ Life and Executive Coaching, a coaching and consulting firm based in the United States. Our goal is to cultivate a better society by providing personal and executive development to a cross-section of professional women seeking to elevate themselves or the next generation and make the world a better place.

I’m an attorney, an accomplished leader and, a certified life and executive coach with a broad base of business, management and legal skills. I have demonstrated success in applying my training and skills to coaching clients to develop action plans to achieve their personal, professional, and leadership development goals to level up.

I have a multidisciplinary, diverse background with years of corporate experience including working at the management level and coaching/training new employees from entry level roles up to management level positions. These experiences enable me to have a clear understanding of today’s challenges of stakeholders and provide the tools, solutions, and support needed to overcome the challenges of each stakeholder.

I have years of experience traveling globally throughout Africia, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America which enables me to provide solutions from a broader perspective.
